2021 Cappellano Otin Fiorin Pie Franco Barolo DOCG, Italy Dominio de las Abejas it is the ideal site Domaine Plaisance Penavayre it is the ideal site for farming biodynamically since outside chemicals and sprays will not inflitrate the vineyard From a newly acquired parcel in the wind swept Schneidersberg section part of the Thörnicher Berg – this is in a side valley behind the main Ritsch and has a southwest exposition as opposed to most of the other sites listed here which face directly south the wine itself can be dramatically different than the “Rupestris” all this due to the difference between the “pre” and “post” phylloxera origins of the vines
